THE WORKOUT

All our workouts and highly intensive and include both cardio and strength component. We mainly focus on training with one’s own body weight or using additional equipment (dumbbells, fit balls, battle ropes, etc.)

 

All our workouts listed below let work through all the muscles groups, but you can accent a certain group during UPPER, LOWER and CORE classes.

Please inform your coach about any traumas or doctor’s recommendations that you might have. 

If this is your first experience with TRX Suspension Training, please arrive 15 minutes before the class, so that the coach can show you the basic principles that will help you during the workout.
