Please read the information below carefully. Please note that we have a 12 hour cancellation policy for classes. As long as you cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled class, you will not lose that class.


  1. Pre-booking of a class is required and is confirmed only after prepayment by a client (applies to a first visit only) and receipt of the confirmation by email, phone or whatsapp.

  2. Prepayment of the first group-, personal or split-training is required.

  3. Cancelling and moving your class have to happen at least 12 before its start. If it is canceled later, the class will be counted as missed and written off your package.

  4. By booking a class a client assures that he/she will notify our coach on any traumas, doctor recommendations, disorders she might have and do all the exercises strictly according to the coach’s instructions.

  5. By booking a class a client assures to arrive on time in order to be able to go through the warm up. In other circumstances the trainer has a right to deny entrance to the class. 

  6. Clients must have appropriate fitness wear and clean shoes to change. In other circumstances the studio has the right to deny access to the class.
